First we lock in the four foundations of fatloss — sleep, nutrition, water, and daily movement — so there are no holes in your bucket. Most clients drop 5–10 pounds quickly as bloating disappears, energy skyrockets, and cravings fade. You’ll build real habits that actually stick instead of just another short-term diet.
We clean up your nutrition by moving toward natural foods, dial in your sleep with simple routines, hit a daily water target, and get you moving consistently. This phase is complete once sleep, nutrition, water, and training habits are solid and consistent.

Next, we strategically fire up your metabolism so it finally works with you instead of against you. Restore your metabolism and hormone production without adding fat. Most clients actually drop body fat %, while massively improving strength, energy, and sex drive.
Gradually increase calories until we reach true maintenance. We keep training hard and monitor how you feel. This phase usually lasts 2–3 months. We move forward only when your energy, hunger, digestion, and libido have been consistently restored for at least three weeks.

This is where the real transformation happens. With your metabolism healthy again, we move into a smart, personalized calorie deficit (or a controlled muscle-building phase if that’s your goal). Because your body is no longer fighting you, fat comes off faster, more consistently, and with far less struggle than before. We set up the right calorie and macro targets based on your goals, include strategic refeeds and diet breaks every 6–8 weeks to keep your metabolism happy, and keep training hard. You’ll learn how to listen to your body and make small adjustments when progress slows. Whether your focus is dropping fat or building muscle, we keep the foundations strong the whole time. This phase ends once you’ve hit your target weight or body composition and feel confident managing the process.

You’ll move to a new maintenance calorie level using simple plate-building. We create a workout routine you can stick with long-term and shift from daily tracking to weekly check-ins and personal goals.
