I started Fitness Coaching with one goal in mind, to help my friends and family replace bad habits with good habits so that they can live a better, more fulfilling life. Growing up in the small town of Duvall, WA I began to notice the self destructive habits that many loved ones had developed around me. These small decisions they had got accustomed to were harming their health and directly affecting their happiness too. I had picked up a few of these bad habits myself but was fortunate to have things like soccer and snowboarding in my life, keeping me active and busy.

I noticed more of these self destructive habits coming onto me in college. This was the first time I lost touch with my passion for soccer and knew I had to fill this void. Around this time I began going to the campus fitness center more frequently. Over time I found that the skills I gained in the gym and the habits I developed around my nutrition began to directly transform other areas of my life as well. After putting proper focus into my health I began to see my finances increase, relationships get stronger, and purpose get clearer. At this point, I was hooked. Soon investing all my time and energy investing into my health & fitness.

Others began to notice that I was changing too. Soon I found myself giving out advice to those around me. The discipline and principles I developed around these fitness habits helped me get through thick and thin, and they can help you do the same. Many people see fitness as physical discipline, but almost all of the habits we will develop will come from our mind, our mental discipline. I became committed to the endless pursuit of my own highest potential and I am committed to helping you find yours as well.

After university I spent years in the gym building my coaching foundations and refining my craft. I quickly became the youngest & fastest promoted Master Trainer in my companies 30 year history. On top of that I took on group trainings at another gym coaching classes of 25+ people through strnght training workouts in the community. Though I loved working with individuals in person, I discovered many gaps between what traditional personal training offered and what the modern man required in order to see this fitness transformation through. Coming in to see me 3-4x per week just wasnt cutting it. These guys needed a wholistic coach who provided daily accountability, personalized nutrition guidance, travel support, injury prevention/rehabilitation… things they just couldnt get from a trainer alone.

So I began my coaching service, Lean Body Blueprint, to help modern day men build lean, strong bodies without sacrificing their career, family, or lifestyle. Through thousands of hours of working with busy fathers, executives, and guys who just couldn’t seem to lose the weight, I developed a system for transforming the body that has been tested over and over. And it works. Every single time. Because the system is backed in real science, and the implementation is backed in creative coaching strategies. Now I travel the world, learning more about health and fitness in other cultures, while helping men transform their bodies, lives, and destinies…
